4. Re-energize Your Spiritual Beads
To maintain the vibrational energy of healing crystals or malas, regularly cleanse them under moonlight, with sage, or on a selenite charging plate. Set intentions as you cleanse to amplify their spiritual properties.
5. Avoid Excessive Stretching or Pulling
Be gentle when putting on or removing your necklace. Overstretching can damage the stringing material, especially in knotted or elastic designs.
